Conveniently located, our room is just a 3-minute walk to a pharmacy and a 5-minute walk to a 24Hconvenience store. There are also plenty of local restaurants and food options nearby for you to enjoy during your stay. The house itself has chess classes for children who would love to have a friendly match at any time. The space The room is located on the second floor of a three-story house, which includes the ground floor, first and second floors, and the third floor. It is equipped with a queen-sized bed, a large wardrobe, a modern desk, and a mirror. Additionally, the room has an attached bathroom and a large window that allows for ample natural light to enter during the day. We provide a free cleaning service on a weekly basis (twice per week, with bed sheet change once a week) for guests who stay more than 5 days. The ground floor also provides free access to washing and drying machines. It is important to note that the kitchen has limited use due to chess classes for kids and is only suitable for light cooking. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking, this listing may not be the most suitable for your needs. During your stay I will be available anytime if you need any help from me during your stay. Other things to note We offer chess classes for kids on the ground floor and one room on the first floor. These classes are primarily attended by students from nearby international schools and take place on weekdays from 3:00pm to 6:00pm, and on weekends from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Guests are welcome to join us for a friendly match anytime. Smoking only allowed outside the house or in the balcony.
