The space In the former "LES FLEURS" hotel built in the 1930s (in which it is said that Fernandel had his habits when he came to Bandol), extremely well located in the center of the village of Bandol, we offer, on the 1st floor, 1 furnished mezzanine studio, completely renovated and its parking space. In the heart of the city center, this charming little studio will allow you to enjoy all the shops nearby on foot (but garden view so without the noise!): - restaurants, bookstore, wine cellar, bakery, supermarket, bar, tobacco-press and post office at the foot of the residence - 200 m from banks with ATMs, but also from the train station (without the nuisances); - 400 m from the port (pier for Ile de Bendor), the church square (and its small market every morning!) and the Town Hall - 400 m from the sandy beach of Renécros, very sheltered - 800 m from the start of the coastal path (8 km coastal), which will take you to sublime coves. Rare and appreciated: A parking space is reserved for you in the private outdoor parking lot at the foot of the residence, whose gate is closed by remote control. Household and cleaning products for your departure cleaning, as well as kitchen basics (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices), are also made available free of charge. WIFI: A FREE box is present in the apartment. The studio is suitable for 2 or even 3 adults, or 2 adults + 2 children or 2 teens. Details: - Bed and bath linen is provided for two people (€30 extra to reserve the sheets for the second bed); notify us at least 48 hours before your arrival. - note: 40 eur mandatory cleaning – for health reasons, cleaning can no longer be done by the tenant.
