The space Situated in a building with 24hr security, this 1-bedroom apartment is perfect for solo travellers, couples or businessmen. The apartment is open plan with a simply equipped kitchen, lounge and dining table. The couch converts into a sleeper couch if you happen to travel in three's. It's perfect for those who want to eat out, or order in and with all the restaurants on your doorstop, there will be no need for cooking. There is a microwave for basic cooking requirements. The bathroom is separate for privacy. The building has an industrial feel, makes you feel part of the refresh and renew movement that the City of Cape Town is constantly undergoing. Guest access I will meet you to handover the keys on arrival. Other things to note If your stay is longer than 7 days, we do have an additional, compulsory weekly linen fee of R220 which includes fresh linen and towels and there is an optional extra fee of R200 for the apartment to be cleaned. This will be arranged at a time convenient to you on the 7th day of your stay.
