Casa Caterina near the Arena

“Casa Caterina” is a recently renewed apartment located on the first floor of an historical building in the most authentic Verona: the heart of the city. Two steps far away from the Arena: the strategic and comfortable location of the flat allows to know deeply the history and the art that our beautiful city has to offer, making you feel like “There is no world without Verona walls”. The space “Casa Caterina” is located on the first floor of an historical building with other four apartments. Only three steps separate the entrance hall from the elevator. At the entrance of the apartment there’s a little lobby that overlooks the bright open-space with kitchen and living room, characterized by the large french windows of the balcony. I’ll prepare the sofa bed (that pulls out to become a large bed) there, for families or groups with 4 or 5 people. The kitchen, with dishwasher, is complitely equipped. There’s a large bed in the first bedroom and a single bed in the second one. Both have capacious wardrobes and balconies. The bathroom with shower is located between the two bedrooms. Towels and bedclothes will be at your disposal, as everything in the apartment designed for a short or a long stay in the heart of the romantic Verona. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment Other things to note During Check-in or check -out I’ll issue one receipt for the payment of your stay in Casa Caterina (even if that payment will be managed by Airbnb) and onother receipt for the payment of the “Touristic Tax”, imposted by the city. 3,50€/ per day per guest for a maximum of 4 nights for each guest over 14 years old. This payment is not included in the price of the stay, so it has to be payed by cash during your Check-in. - Breakfast is NOT included in the services that the apartment offers.
