TV Lounge Press the power button on the TV and use the Free (the grey one) remote control to turn on the TV box and choose your programs (FreeboxTV). TV Suite Parental Press the power button (main remote control) then use the Free remote (the black one) control to turn on the TV box and choose your programs (FreeboxTV). You can access to Netflix directly by the main remote control. Salon Music System You can connect your phone directly to the box (FREEBOX Devialet) by bluetooth. Washer / Dryer / Ironing The washing machine and dryer are in the laundry room. The dryer has a tank (it is necessary to remove the trapdoor above when it’s full). Cleaning Our cleaning lady ILÉANA (she is from Moldova and doesn’t speak English so don’t hesitate to ask us if you need something) will come every Tuesday morning to clean from 9 AM to 12 PM   Gardening There is an automatic water system, so you don’t have to water the main plants. You can water the tiny ones twice a week to keep the garden green ;-) The red button on the top needs to stay always open (the red button must always be parallel to the tap) so that the automatic system works. The left button needs to stay open (always put down) so that the automatic system works. To use the green garden hose, you should open up the right button and shut it down to closed it. Access to the rooftop. Please remember to close the door upstairs when you leave the house. Please no party or noise late at night to respect our neighbors. To turn on the lights on the terrace there is a circuit breaker on the right as you exit. In case of rain, remember to cover or bring in the mattress and cushions. Air conditioning & fans Air conditioning is only available in the master bedroom. There is a remote-control DAIKIN to adjust the temperature. There are also fans in all bedrooms. In case of extreme heat, we recommend opening your windows until 10 a.m., then closing them and shutters to keep the temperature as cool as possible during the day. Take advantage of cooler temperatures in the evening and at night to cool your home. In case of strong winds, remember to close the shutters or tie up the shutters in the room facing the street. For your departure. Let us know when you live the house. Remember to close all doors and windows, especially on the patio. Remember to turn off the lights and air conditioning. Place sheets and towels in the laundry room.   Waste. To make sorting easier for you, we've installed two trash cans in the kitchen and two containers in the entrance. The black trash can is for regular garbage. The silver trash can is for plastic, paper, and metal waste. The green container is for regular garbage. The yellow container is for plastic, paper, and metal waste. Here is the procedure for removing the containers. Containers should be placed in front of the house around 8 a.m. in the morning. Collection trucks come every day for the green bin and on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays for the yellow bin. Bins should be brought in the house once empty. Below are the sorting instructions: What goes in the green bin? The green bin is intended for unsorted waste. Waste should be disposed of in closed bags in the green/gray bin. Wooden crates/packaging should be disposed of in the green/gray bin. What goes in the yellow bin? Warning: All packaging must be disposed of empty and loose, not nested inside each other, and not in a bag! How do I sort glass? Bottles, jars, and glass containers (drinks, oil, preserves, jam, etc.) must be empty, but there's no need to rinse them. We've installed a small gray portable container next to the washing machine so you can easily transport your bottles to the nearest collection point.
