Early check-in or delayed check-out time can be arranged subject to availability, please check with us first. 6) Kindly wash the dishes after used, & throw the rubbish at the basement. 7) Allowed light cooking only. 8) Please maintain the house in CLEAN condition upon your check out. 9) Our cleaning fee includes laundry/linen fee and basic housekeeping of the property upon your check out. 10) Please take note that penalties will be charged accordingly if you violate ANY of the rules above, or if there's loss, damage or excessively dirty which requires extra cleaning effort in the property.
