The space This home features a master bedroom with a queen bed and an American Leather pullout queen sofa bed in the living area. The galley kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment. It has central heating and a wood burning stove. This cabin is just down the road from the town of Inverness in Inverness' Second Valley. It features an open architecture with vaulted ceilings in the combined living room and dining room. This cabin is nestled in the trees, while the deck is a perfect spot for soaking up afternoon sunshine. Neighborhood beaches are easily accessed just down the road and many other ocean and bay beaches are just a short drive, while the local mountains offer excellent hiking trails. Within 15 minutes is world class bird watching, kayaking, paddle boarding, bicycling, bay swimming and many other activities. The Point Reyes Lighthouse and the Ranger Station center at Bear Valley, including a replica of a Miwok village, are great things for kids. Supplies can be purchased at the Inverness Store. Local oysters can be sampled at Saltwater Oyster Depot, a fine local restaurant. Point Reyes and Olema are less than a fifteen minute drive with additional shopping and dining options. Guest access You will have the entire upstairs private cottage to yourself, and a big shared garden. Please note there is a single tenant under the main cabin. Other things to note There is iWifi, a TV with AppleTV and cable to hook up to your computer. Please note that due to our location in Inverness the internet connection can be temperamental and that cell phone coverage in the area is limited for most, but you can receive and send text and Facetime with Wifi.
