JCS BOARDING HOUSE offers accommodation in Alabang Muntinlupa. We have a small condo (studio unit) which we offer transients coming to Manila. Our condo is available for daily, weekly or monthly rent. If you are a job hunting around the Alabang area this will be a great place to start. The space This is a 25 sqm studio unit which has a 4 comfortable single standard size bunk beds, bed-sheet, pillow and blanket will be provided...designed merely for transients, backpackers, or job hunters. As small as it is, you are guaranteed privacy in your small space. Essential basic appliances are provided like fridge, air-conditioner, microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker, clothes iron etc. Safe and secure metal locker is provided. Maximum of 8 people can occupy our studio unit. We guarantee a comfortable bed to sleep in a very safe place to stay in for the night. You will have a privacy in your own bed space. Guest access Feel free to take a dip in the swimming pool in the morning then explore the Alabang Proper area for restaurants and malls which are 10minutes away from the place. Pool access is available from 8:00 am till 21:00 daily except for party and reservation. Other things to note This is a cheap but a comfy transient condo in Alabang area. We advertise our studio unit mainly as a sleeping area so we look for considerate guests. We require you to take your phone calls outside the studio unit (the door is a few steps away) or in the balcony to away disturbing the other occupants who might be sleeping. The internet WiFi signal is good even when you step outside the unit. You're required to use an earphone when listening to audio/media and put your phones on vibrate or silent mode while inside the unit.
