Our sea view home, built in Thai traditional high basement style, is located on Lipa Noi Beach, quiet and easy access to Nathorn pier with supermarket and local restaurants nearby. It’s a perfect getaway for nature lovers. Come visit and live like a local! The space This is a family house set in a quiet non-touristy beach, built and furnished in 2017. I live on the second floor with separate entrance so you will have the first floor including big bedroom with twin beds (can put together to make one big bed upon request), sitting area, private shower room and outdoor kitchen corner all by yourselves. Dedicated workspace can be setup upon request. Outside space has sweet patio overlooking the beach which you can enjoy a beautiful sunset and sea breeze. Should be fine, but please check with us first. From Nathon pier (Seatran ferry) and Lipa-noi pier (Racha Ferry), you can arrived the house by taxi, the rate is approx 300 THB one way. From Samui airport, we recommend to take airport taxi, the rate is 800 THB one way. Guest access First floor of the house including patio, outside sitting area and outdoor kitchen.
