Ideally located in the heart of Paris, this Haussmannian-style home is elegantly furnished, tastefully decorated and comes with a superb view of St. Jacques Tower. The spacious and airy living area is the perfect spot to spend with loved ones as it features two large sofa beds, a fireplace, a dining area and two big bookshelves filled with books lined the walls. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with various cookware and cutleries (e.g. a cooking plate, an oven, and a fridge) that are at your disposal. So, feel free and cook up a storm! All 3 bedrooms consist of a double bed and a mix of a queen bed and two single beds respectively. Complimentary hotel-quality linens will also be provided to ensure guests have a comfortable sleep! The 4 bathrooms have all the amenities you'll need to freshen up during your stays such as a bathtub, a walk-in shower, and a toilet. Fresh towels and free toiletries will be given for your convenience. Have a fantastic stay! :) Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note - Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. - DO NOT THROW ANYTHING ELSE THAN TOILET PAPER IN THE SANIBROYEUR (TOILET) IN THE LARGE BATHROOM. No tampons, sanitary napkins, no condoms, no paper other than toilet paper). - Please pay attention to the appliance. - As it is a huge flat, the cleaning may take some time. Sorry for the inconvenience. - The entire building is equipped with cameras to provide you a high level of security. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
