Trévigodou is an old farmhouse in the middle of the fields. 3 cottages have been converted in the outbuildings. St Anne la Palud beach is 2.5 km away. The space Three four-bed cottages have been set up in the farmhouses. Gîte number 3 is separate from the other gîtes and has a private outdoor area. In cottage number 3, you will find on the ground floor a living room with an open kitchen, a dining table and a lounge area, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Upstairs, an attic bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. On the mezzanine at the entrance to the bedroom, a third single bed allows for an extra bed. The staircase leading upstairs is quite steep, a safety fence is installed for young children. Around the cottages, a large garden is at your disposal. You will find, for each cottage, tables, chairs, armchairs and parasols. At the entrance to the garden, a hut and swings are installed in large, century-old trees. A vast meadow extends around the buildings. You will also have access to ping-pong tables and a badminton net, installed in the old barn. Less than 5 minutes by car, you can go on one side, to the beach of Saint-Anne-la-Palud, and on the other to the village of Plonévez-Porzay. The beach of Saint-Anne-la-Palud offers vast spaces for walking on the sand or in the dunes, and offers a supervised swimming area. In the village, you will find many shops (supermarket, bakeries, butcher shop, coffee shop, tobacco/newspapers...), as well as a Sunday morning market. Our cottages are located in the heart of Douarnenez Bay, you can discover the different beaches of the Bay, walk on the coastal path, stroll through the natural sites of the Crozon Peninsula and Pointe du Raz, visit the historic village of Locronan and the towns of Douarnenez, Quimper, Camaret, Concarneau... Each cottage has Wi-Fi access. The cottages do not have a television. No pets allowed. Sheets are provided at no extra cost. Towels and beach towels are not provided. Towels can be provided exceptionally at a rate of 10 euros per towel for the stay. The cottages do not have a washing machine. We provide you with our washing machine (9 kg) (5 euros per machine). Self-service washing machines are also available in the village of Plonévez-Porzay. The cleaning fee is not included in the rental price. When you arrive, you'll find a clean, tidy place. Upon checkout, you will have the choice: - Clean (tidy and clean) to return the premises to us as you found them. - Do not clean.
