It's a pleasant place to stay away from home. It is quite spacious with 40 sq.m. of private room floor area separated from other structures inside the compound. Amenities are hotel standard. You won't be sharing but have the place including the veranda by yourself. The space The Villa is located at the back of the St. Ignatius of Loyola Church. The bed is a comfortable King size intended for guest or guests who want to sleep well. The space is bigger than usual hotel rooms and additional Double-size mattress up to 3 units can be requested from the dedicated staff for a minimal charge of 300 Pesos per mattress/night. Each mattress is good for 2 additional persons. It has pleasant windows with curtains in case guest/guests prefer to control the amount of sunlight coming in or none at all. The TV is 42" flat screen with its' own dedicated satellite connection. The facility is equipped with wifi, Refrigerator with separate freezer compartment. Guest access Privileges: *The Villa has a private veranda exclusively for the use of the occupant/s whenever they decide to invite guests over. The occupant/s have the privilege of requesting for a party set-up for as few as 10 heads at the veranda provided food will be ordered from the immediate restaurant. *The Villa has a dedicated staff assigned to make sure guests' needs are taken cared of. The dedicated staff acts more like a butler and a concierge. He can arrange for laundry and ironing of clothes and run basic errands. Other things to note Guests will be glad to know that Don Vicente Restaurante Latino, one of Zamboanga's most exclusive restaurant is just a a stone's throw away from their villa.
