Ideal holiday home with 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, close to the beach of La Carihuela (8 minutes walking distance) - sandy beach, with pool (to share) - 2 terraces - close to restaurants and shops, no need to rent a car to enjoy your holiday. The space This pretty Andalusian-style house, just renovated in 2017, has been designed to ensure you have the ideal holiday. 2 terraces at the front or back where you can sit if you're looking for sun, or if you're looking for shade depending on the time of day. There is a large swimming pool, shared by around thirty houses. From the terrace, you can keep an eye on your children as they swim in the pool. (There are no deckchairs at the pool). And there's an important detail: the terraces are sheltered from the wind, so you can eat outside very often, even in winter. Outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach on the terrace! The house has several rooms: Ground floor - Living room with 2-seater sofa bed for two extra people, television, dining table - Kitchen equipped with a large fridge with freezer compartment, pyrolysis oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher. All new in 2017. - WC with washing machine. Spin 1200 rpm - capacity 8kg for large families. Also new in 2017. 1st floor: - 2 bedrooms: Garden bedroom: 1 double bed + Street bedroom: 1 single bed + 1 single bed (lower bed of a bunk bed). Quality mattresses to ensure a good night's sleep after a hectic day. - 2 bathrooms, so that coming back from the beach doesn't mean queuing for a shower! On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed, and a terrace where you can relax in the evening, alone or with a partner. You'll even be able to catch a glimpse of the sea (well, to be honest, the sea view isn't the house's greatest asset). A total of 8 beds are available. Folding cot available on special request: €3 per day / minimum €30. Please note that the staircase does not have a baby gate. For your comfort, all rooms have a ceiling fan and air conditioning. To save energy and limit environmental impact, we ask you to use the air conditioning sparingly. All rooms have roller shutters. The street is very quiet, with no traffic. You'll sleep well! March 2023: We've just redone the terrace and planted some trees. We need our guests to water the flowers once or twice a week! Thank you for your help! Fibre optic internet: fast and stable, perfect for teleworking. Free and easy on-street parking. Communal swimming pool open almost all year round (ask us for dates outside the summer). Guest access You will have access to all the accommodation except for a few lockers where we keep our personal belongings. Other things to note For bookings of one month or more, electricity is at the tenant's expense. For late arrivals after 9pm, a supplement of €25 will be charged for the person who comes to meet you. The same applies to departures before 8 am. For arrivals after midnight, a supplement of 45 euros will be applied, but we recommend that you contact us beforehand to make sure that the reception will be possible. Folding cot: 3 € / day with a minimum charge of 30 €. Flat for 6 people, on condition of adding 2 more people at an extra cost of 30e per each.
