The space The house, with independent access and indoor parking spaces, enjoys a private garden of about 500 square meters where you can relax in the hottest hours, enjoy the cool of the evening, the scent of the pine forest and contact with nature (squirrel raids are not uncommon!). The house has two floors above ground: - the basement floor with a bathroom complete with toilet, sink and hot/cold water shower (very useful and practical when returning from the beach), laundry corner with washing machine and sink, is also equipped for the storage of garden furniture (deck chairs, table..), bicycles, and beach accessories (mattresses, boards, games, balls...those present are obviously available for guests); - the mezzanine floor, consists of a kitchen, living-dining room, two double bedrooms, two single bedrooms and a bathroom. All rooms overlook the garden, each enjoying a different view. The kitchen and living-dining rooms open onto the front garden directly onto the long terrace that surrounds the living area that can be used for outdoor lunches and dinners. Each room is equipped with a personal wardrobe, the two single rooms also have a hot/cold water sink. The bathroom is complete with sink, toilet, bidet and shower corner. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets and fixed and/or openable iron gratings. The house is equipped with a summer and winter air conditioning system with a heat pump. The kitchen is complete with dishes and basic linens, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, four-burner gas stove and electric oven, microwave oven and pantry furniture. In the dining-living area, the TV is equipped with a free satellite system. A hairdryer, iron, and vacuum cleaner are also available. A wireless connection (Wi-Fi) via SIM is available with a daily data limit of 1.5 Gibabytes. Guest access Guests will have the entire property and the entire outdoor garden at their complete disposal.
