The space The accommodation offers all the advantages of an apartment with the comfort of a hotel room. It is located in the center of Marais, the most popular district in Paris in a quiet street. Near all spots of Paris, Museums (Musée des Arts et Métiers, Musée de Picasso and many others), Monuments and historic place (Center Pompidou, Notre Dame de Paris, Place des Vosges), typical french food restaurants (Rue Montorgueil, Marché des Enfants Rouges,...) or brasseries located everywhere, shopping area and shopping center at 10min walk (BHV, Les Halles), and many others... The apartment is on the 2nd floor and composed of: - A living-room with an equipped open-kitchen and a sofa - A bathroom with a lavabo and toilets The accommodation is very comfortable and equiped with all the necessary equipment for the time of a weekend or a stay during the week. - Flat screen TV - Internet access and very fast WiFi - Hairdryer, bed linen and towels available - Kitchenware, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, pots and pans, microwave, fridge all necessary to cook and eat - A washing machine - A Nespresso coffee machine with its capsules Guest access You can use all in the apartement with care. Other things to note I will be available if you need me, I am not far ;) It is not allowed to smoke in any part of the apartment and common areas. It is not allowed to organise parties or to play loud music/tv or to do anything that might cause annoyance to neighbors. Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment and the agreed occupancy has to be observed at all times. It is not allowed to bring pets or animals in the house. It is not allowed to throw anything out of the window. It is not allowed to move furniture around or to modify the apartment layout. It is not allowed to take any object found in the apartment out of it even if for a short period of time. It is your responsibility if any object is missing from the apartment. Do not throw anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. Always switch all the lights off when leaving the apartment. Keep doors and windows closed when out of the apartment. Do not let any strangers in the apartment, even if they seem convincing or saying to be sent from the apartment owner/manager. Contact your host if you notice anything suspicious or if there is any situation of danger. Enjoy the place and if you have any problems or needs, pls ask. I want you to be happy with your stay.
