The house is close to Navarrenx, 1 hour from the mountains (Ossau, Aspe and Barétous valleys) and the Basque country and the sea (Biarritz, Hossegor). Monthly rentals can only be made in June and September. The space In this very sunny restored farmhouse with wifi you will find: - A ground floor with 1 bedroom (140 cm bed), a living room (with fireplace for winter) overlooking the terrace and the fenced garden, a well-equipped kitchen (fridge, glass ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, electric coffee makers), a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet - One floor with 2 bedrooms (one large with 140 bed, one smaller one with 2 twin beds), one bathroom with sink, bathtub and a separate toilet - A shaded and gated garden of 100 m² and its terrace (table, chair, barbecue, deckchairs) - A closed car garage with three bikes Sheets are provided free of charge and towels are only provided upon request and with extra charge Guest access You'll have the option to park vehicles in the yard and in a garage. You will not be able to access the attic or the barns. Other things to note Occupied rooms must be left clean and tidy. Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath mats, hand towels and cleaning products are provided free of charge. Towels are not provided. In winter, the fireplace will be lit upon arrival and you will have firewood available. Bathrooms have blowing heaters. Electric heaters are present in all the rooms. There will be a surcharge of 10 euros per night beyond 2 people
