Central villa flatlet & pool, free Wi-fi/parking!

You will be accommodated below our family villa which is situated in the upmarket village of Lija, ~5km from Valletta and St Julian's, as well as ~8 km from the popular sandy beaches to the north. You can either hire a car (free parking) and drive around our little island, or else just 200m away is a bus stop from where you can easily get to the whole island. 5 mins walk are restaurants and bars! You will certainly enjoy the property, summer or winter! The space Recently refurbished, the accommodation is semi-basement, and is level with our spacious garden. There are two bedrooms, a living room, a TV room, bath(shower)room and kitchen. Just outside apartment is a sizable patio, that gives onto our citrus garden, with stairs leading up to the sunny (larger than usual) pool and relaxing Jacuzzi, with lots of surrounding paved areas. Besides the pool, we have some outdoor toys (Little Tykes), swing etc for young kids to play! Guest access The accommodation has its own private access through the villa's side garden, and is a totally independent apartment, so although part of of our house, it is very private. It looks over our lovely back garden which is full of citrus trees - which is what Lija is quite famous for! Other things to note We are very interested in our island's culture and history, so we would be only too pleased to explain things to you, suggest where to visit, and help you along. The common areas of the villa were recently refurbished whilst in the apartment a new kitchen installed, together with new sofa, air conditioners, decoration and parquet flooring installed throughout. The place is ideal for relaxing by the pool/jacuzzi, and we do not encourage loud groups of youths with music etc. to select this property. We are in a noise-sensitive up-market residential area and only 'quiet' relaxing is allowed. Bedrooms have air conditioners for cooling/heating which are available though a pre-paid card. The apartment is located below our villa and the pool, jacuzzi and garden and side gardens are common areas. Our full-time housemaid has her own independent quarters located separately by the garden.
