Beach Villa, A/C, 200 m to sea in Prainha Village

The south facing villa with sea view is located in a quite part of the wonderful Prainha condominium. The house is equipped with A/C and offers 1 bedroom with a separate bathroom on ground floor and and 2 bedrooms on the first floor also with a separate bathroom. The roof terrace and the spacious garden provide plenty space to relax. With 3 pools in the condominium and the 200m distant beach all prerequisites for relaxing holidays are in place :) The space All bed rooms are equipped with shutters. On the roof terrace you can relax in the outdoor furniture. The spacious terrace in the garden is ideal for breakfast or a barbecue. In the garden area you can enjoy the sun on the sunbeds. The kitchen is well equipped so that food preparation is easy. For the beach we provide you sun umbrella, cooling box, mini surf boards,... Also for our young we offer highchair, book, toys,... The condominium offer besides the 3 outdoor pools (from April to October), a grocery store, 2 restaurants, tennis court (fee) and several playgrounds. So you all you need can be reached by a short walk. Guest access You can use all the beautiful services and nice spots of the resort, Prainha. There is security guards around the villa, so it is safe. No traffic in front of the house and very quiet as well.
