The House is at your sole disposal. Furnished as pictured. Bedrooms can be customized to 2- , 3- or single Bedrooms to suit guests' needs. For this we need the guests' information how they want to sleep. The house (incl. Kitchen) is excellently equipped with everything a family needs. No Partys allowed The space The house has different possibilities of use. There is a 2-room studio that can be additionally rented as an extra living option with separate entrance or used as a workplace, studio or beauty salon. Guest access Important: Guests will be given a maximum of 4 identical keys. The whole house needs only one key for all accesses incl. garage. The keys are connected to an alarm system. For insurance reasons, if a key is lost, ALL locks and keys must be replaced. The cost for this is around chf 2'500.-- . The guest is liable for the replacement. In case of loss, this amount will be deducted from the deposit at airbnb. The studio and the attic as well as the "party room with bar and safe are not included in this listed rental and are used as storage space for the owners. However, these are negotiable for long term renters. Other things to note One large and small bath towel and washcloth is provided per guest. In summer also a pool towel. Soap, shampoo, shower gel, cotton buds, and feminine hygiene products are at disposal. On arrival the beds are made. To be done by guest before departure: Remove bedsheets, linnens, duvet covers and towels and put them on the floor of each room. All garbage cans in the rooms, toilets and kitchen are to be emptied by the guests themselves into a waste bag. which is placed in the grey container infront of the house. Guests empty the refrigerator and leave the kitchen, bbq, grill, oven and steamer/microwave cleaned as found at check-in. Waste is separated in Switzerland. For this purpose there is a recycle station in the garage. The guests take waste away themselves. The Tax bags can be put in the grey container in front of the house. In summer guests have to water the garden and lawn once a day (in the evening or early morning) if it is not raining. If the host has to come to the house for that, it will be charged.
