Located in the historical center of the city, a 70 sqm sunny and central flat on the fifth floor with a beautiful balcony! It comprises a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a couch and one more double bed in a different area of the living room. The apartment is near everything! Taverns, bars, coffee shops, bakeries, supermarkets, Byzantine markets, museums, galleries, the port, taxi and bus stations. You can come to the apartment directly with a bus from the airport, the railway and central bus stations. Please feel free to ask me anything you might be needing before and during your stay! I clean and sanitize the flat following the instructions of the Greek Ministry of Health and the strict cleaning protocol of Airbnb: I follow the process of fighting germs on surfaces that are often touched by visitors, even door handles. I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health organizations and wear protective equipment to prevent cross contamination I clean each room according to detailed cleaning checklists I provide additional cleaning products so you can clean during your stay. Guests should provide passport number, full name and address for the needs of my tax return. 2. According to the government law regarding the climate change tax, guests are asked to pay a 2 euro tax per day (November-March) and an 8 euro tax per day (April-October). 3. Due to the health crisis, we thoroughly disinfect the flat before every new arrival and we provide you with everything you will need for your personal everyday health care. The apartment is not provided for quarantine. We strictly follow the latest instructions of the Ministry of Health and guests are strongly advised to do the same. We have no responsibility in case of a guest's illness and in this case we follow the instructions of the Ministry of Health. Guests should provide passport number, full name and address for the needs of my tax return. 1. Please send your TIN for the lease declaration to the tax office. 2. According to the law, guests pay the host a tax of 2 euros per night for the months of November-March and 8 euros per night for the months of April-October. 3. Due to the health crisis, before each new arrival we thoroughly disinfect the apartment for your and our safety. The apartment is provided exclusively for a holiday or business trip and in no case for quarantine. We follow all the latest EOPY instructions and advise our guests to do the same.
