Light and friendly apartment, 50 m2

A nice little apartment, bright and friendly, with good transport connections (U-Bahn [subway], tram, bus) and between a large park and the green Danube Canal. The inner city is also easily accessible on foot. I'd love to answer any questions you may have about restaurants, activities, etc. Things to Note: • The apartment is on the fifth floor and there is no elevator. • Smoking is not possible in the apartment or in the stairwell (not even at the window). It is very important that this is respected. The space The kitchen is fully equipped. Coffee, oil, spices, pasta and everything else can be used. There is a gas stove. In the bedroom there is a king-size double bed (1.80 x 2 m), in the living room there is a futon couch that can be folded out into a bed (1.40 x 2 m). Towels and linens are of course provided. The bathroom with toilet and shower is very small. It is only accessible from the bedroom. (For this reason, the apartment is only suitable for two people.) The apartment is an Airbnb apartment, as the platform was originally intended: a private apartment that is made available to you for a short time. So no hotel room. I clean the apartment myself. The laundry is not washed and ironed by a laundry service, but washed by me like my own laundry and hung up in the garden to dry. There are private items in the apartment. I also use the apartment myself when there are no guests. 25 DAYS STAY: From a stay of 25 days, the second guest is included. The stove in the kitchen is a gas stove.
