Eco family Friendly Apartment in the Old Town

The apartment is in a 2 story townhouse located in the city center, inside the city walls, where everything is in walking distance: Beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and a free parking (but believe me, you don’t need it!). It is a 2 bedroom apartment, fully refurbished but maintaining the typical layout of the traditional Portuguese houses in the Algarve: thick walls that keep the temperature always fresh inside and a fabulous inner pateo. The space The apartment is on a 2-story townhouse comprising 2 apartments. It has 2 connecting bedrooms, which makes it ideal for families, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and 1 living room with dining area, all around a central inner pateo that lights all the rooms and provides a perfect place to chill out. You can check out the layout on the blueprint provided on the photos. We now experienced firsthand how hard it can be to travel with children so we decided to add a third foldable single bed for children. Bed number 3 will only be available if guest number 5 is a child. This way bigger families can enjoy our place but keep in mind that one of the guests MUST be under 12 years old. Guest access The apartment and everything in it is for the guests to use, so use it carefully and keep it clean and tidy so the next guests can also enjoy all the resources in working order. In addition to the appliances, we usually have some beach items so you don't need to spend that extra money on umbrellas, beach chairs and some toys for the kids. If you find something broke or detect a malfunction, please let us know so we can repair it or replace it asap (no charges to you). Other things to note To reduce our environmental footprint the cleaning products provided are eco-friendly. Keep in mind that the streets in the city center are very narrow and the parking spots are very small. There is a free parking less than 2 minutes away from the apartment.
