Chic, Newly Renovated Apartment in the Best Location in Town

Elegant two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in perfect location. Located on the third floor of a building which dates back to the 1600s, the apartment is right in the heart of Venice and overlooks a typical campo (square) on one side, and a canal on the other side. It is located 5 minutes by foot from Rialto bridge (where the Airport shuttle docks), 9 from Saint Mark's Square, 15 from the train station and is surrounded by infinite lovely restaurants, cafés and shops. The space The apartment was recently been refurbished and is my weekend home. It's a passion project and I'm delighted to be able to share it with you. A bright and airy third-floor apartment in an ancient building, I tried to preserve as many as possible of its beautiful original features. These include high ceilings, ornate arched windows, traditional Venetian "terrazzo" flooring and an antique fireplace in the living room. Working with a well-known Italian interior designer, I have devised a theme of contrasts in which these traditional features are paired with 20th century design pieces. It is composed of: - Dining room with a dining table for up to 6 - Sitting room with seating area around the fireplace; very comfortable double sofa bed with a real 200cm x 160cm x 14cm mattress (6.6ft x 5.3ft x 5.5 in) - Master bedroom (queen size bed) with en suite bathroom - Chinoiserie-themed guest bedroom with bed that can be set up as twin or queen - Fully equipped kitchen (I love to cook so there are plenty of utensils, nice crockery and cutlery, plus of course Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer) - Two bathrooms with shower Of course we have air conditioning, fast fibre wifi throughout and a washer-dryer available for guest use. Both him and I are available before and throughout your stay to help with anything you might need including tips to our favourite restaurants and sights. Check-in is available until 8pm, but can also be arranged later if required (at a fee).
