Wonderful holiday apartment. Relax by the pool in the landscaped garden of the small complex, enjoy the sun at the balcony at the end of the day, a beautiful sunset. The swimming pool is also great for smaller children/babies. Our apartment is fully equipped and a 7-minute walk from the port of Jávea, sea and close to restaurants, shopping promenade and beaches. Casa Fieno is fully equipped. It is the perfect place to enjoy your holiday! The space Apartment Fieno is a luxury apartment in "Riviera Maison 'style with an open kitchen. All the basics are provided. Think of pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses, as well as games for the children. We also have plenty of linens and towels. The living room has access to the balcony. There are two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. A bathroom with sink, tub / shower and toilet is adjacent to the master bedroom. A second bathroom, take a look at the other side of the house with sink, toilet and steam room / shower. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the building has an elevator. The balcony is equipped with awnings to guarantee privacy but giving inside by sight. In winter the apartment is very comfortable with the underfloor heating. In all rooms are air conditioning available for a lovely cool night's sleep! There is a TV and wireless WiFi. Guest access In the complex Jardines del Gorgos you can enjoy two lovely pools in the beautiful tropical garden. Also suitable for small children. The pools are surrounded by a spacious lawn and features palm trees for shade in the summer. In the apartment are chairs for you ready to take the edge of the pool or in the shade under the palm trees. In spring and autumn there is a heated indoor pool. There are a jacuzzi, sauna and paddle court in the complex plus a fitness center, with spacious separate changing rooms and showers. Other things to note We expect guests to behave in a normal civilised manner. Children and infants require normal supervsion. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the house. Barbecuing is not allowed in the house and at the balcony. The use of gas, water and electricity is certainly included, but we ask you to go sparingly with this. Please make wise use of the airconditioning in the summer months and do not unnecessarily leave it on when leaving the house. Please restore the heating thermostat in winter when you are not present in the house. Sublease or by rental is strictly prohibited. To stay with more persons in our house then agreed on the reservation is expressly prohibited without our permission, and can lead to early termination of the rental agreement, without refund of rent. When leaving the house at the end of the rental period: -Clean the dishes and empty the dishwasher -Bedding takeout -Emptying the trash -Pls do not leave any food in the kitchen or in the closed (this may hinder cleaning and possibly attract pests!) -Pls contact us by any breakage or damage work.
