CASA DEL BESO The house is very authentic, with a terrace and views of the Alhambra, it was designed and rehabilitated by our father, Manuel, an architect who emigrated with our grandparents and who years later returned to his land, to our beloved Granada. It is located on a pedestrian street in the Lower Albayzin, 300 m. from Plaza Nueva, a largely pedestrian UNESCO heritage district. Thanks to the location you will not need the car and you can walk to the most emblematic places of Granada. The space The house has 110 m2 liveable + 50 m2 of private terrace: • First floor: 1 double bed bedroom of 25 m2 with circular jacuzzi of 160 cm diameter and Alhambra views + 1 bathroom with hydro-massage shower + lounge-dining room of 35 m2 with fireplace and open kitchen + private terrace of 50 m2 with views to the Alhambra, flowers and aromatic plants. • Ground floor: 1 double bed bedroom + 1 single bed bedroom + 1 bathroom with hydro-massage shower. Guest access The entire house and the terrace with Alhambra views, are for who makes the reservation; they are not shared. - Cotton towels, sheets and feather duvets included. Other things to note Thanks to our location, 300 m. from Plaza Nueva, you will not need the car as you can walk to the most emblematic places of Granada. The San Agustín car park is the closest (600 m) and the cheapest. We will send the link to reserve a spot and to benefit of the discount. IMPORTANT: - The rate is based on the use of a double room for 2 people and a single room for 1 person. - Maximum 5 adults. Plus 1 child under 12 months in a travel cot; ONLY upon request. - Children from 1 to 9 years old, ONLY PRIOR CONSULTATION, accepting responsibilities and confirmed by us; all in writing. - Children who do not sleep in a travel cot, occupy a bed space and the rate is the same as an adult. - Smoking is not allowed inside the house. - Pets are not allowed.
