The space We tore down the partition separating the 2 bedrooms to convert the unit into a studio configuration. Hence, we have eliminated the claustrophobic feeling of "living in a box". Guest access You have full access to the entire 38 sqm of the studio as well as the Swimming Pool, Gym, and Recreation Room (fees may apply for all). Other things to note Most of your basic needs are available in the ground and second floor: well stocked Supermarket, modern self-serve laundry, a Tim Horton's coffee shop (soon to open), a Korean Ilahui novelty goods store, 7-11 convenience store, Food shops, and a Medical City out-patient Medical clinic. The Ayala Center is only one MRT stop away which is accessible from the 2nd flr of Tower 2 (where Shopwise is).
