Ideal for visiting the 5 Terre and all the towns of the Gulf of Poets because it is a 5-minute walk from the train station and 20 from the maritime station: the historic center can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Completely renovated, this 35 sq. m. apartment features air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bed, a television, a bathroom with a shower, a double sink, a hairdryer, a microwave, an iron and ironing board, and a washing machine. We welcome children over 7 years old because it does NOT offer the comforts necessary for infants and younger children (high chair, crib, changing table, etc.). It has a small private outdoor courtyard. You can reach the apartment by car: FREE parking is a 5-minute walk away—Piazza D'Armi—Viale Amendola, canal side. WIFI connection. A charging station for electric vehicles is located a few meters from the apartment. Strategic location, just a 5-minute walk from the central train station and the free parking lot at Piazza D'Armi, 10 minutes from the historic center, and 20 minutes from the Maritime Station. The IL FARO shopping center is right in front of the building. Bus stop for all destinations is just a few minutes' walk from the building. The most beautiful and ancient square in the city, Piazza Brin, is right behind the building. A 10 minute walk takes you to the historic center with the best shops, bars, restaurants and museums. In front of the house the "FARO" shopping center with a COOP supermarket also open on Sundays. "Silvana" pastry shop-bar in Corso Cavour, for those who love sweets, the cannoli with cream are absolutely recommended. A few meters from the house the oldest and most beautiful square in the city - Piazza BRIN - illuminated all night - PHARMACY - Bus stop - church - The change of linen (towel set), is included in the price, for those staying at least 7 nights: those who want the change of towels for shorter stays, will have to pay an extra € 10.00 per person and € 20.00 for sheets - tablecloth - tea towel - The use of the washing machine is allowed for stays of at least 3 nights.
