The Villa is named "Falcons's Nest" at Mehdya by the Sea. The Villa has 2 independent floors/apartments (basement, first & second), a common rooftop and garden area. Each apartment offers 2x Bedrooms, 2x Bathrooms, 2x Living Rooms, Dining Room and modern Kitchen. Private Gardens and Rooftop are accessible for all guests. The two apartments communicate and could be used as a single residence. The first floor apartment of the villa contains two bedrooms. Up to 6 people with children can sleep comfortable in each apartment. All the bedrooms are equipped with built-in closets for your clothing. One bedroom is equipped with a Queen-size bed, one bedroom is equipped with two single beds. The first floor apartment contains two living-rooms. One living-rooms is in Moroccan style, one of them is in European style. One of the living-rooms is equipped with a satellite television set, and a DVD home cinema set (English, French and German frequencies are available). The first floor apartment contains a modern American-style kitchen. This open plan kitchen also contains a dining room. This kitchen / dining room contains a dinner table and a Moroccan style bench. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer combination, a 4 ring stove, a microwave and coffee-machine, off course all the necessary pots and pans (cooking utensils), a kettle, cutlery, crockery and glassware. Each apartment is equipped with two bathrooms; one with a shower, toilet and sink and one bathroom with a bath tub, toilet and sink. Of course all bathrooms have hot- and cold streaming water! All apartments has access to the roof terrace. This terrace is equipped with outdoor dining furniture (table with 6 seats) and two parasols. The terrace is also equipped with a BB-Q and crocks with plants. Perfect for dining on the warm Moroccan evenings! Both apartments also has access to several balconies. Both apartments have access to a large private garden with a built-in BBQ for outdoor parties and entertainment. A basement floor is equipped with a washing machine that is available for all guests. If you stay at the Villa "Falcons's Nest" at Mehdya by the Sea, you will be 5 minutes walk to the beaches, swimming pools, surfing area, fishing harbor & seafood market, the casbah, the lake and the fort; 10 minutes (by Taxi, Bus or Car) to the hustle & bustle of Kenitra. Closest cities are easily accessible from here by Train, Taxi, Bus or Car for a day trip: Rabat/Sale (30 Min.), Casablanca (90 Min.). Tangiers, Fes, Meknes or Marrakech are within 3-4 Hours away by Car/Train. Guests are asked to observe the no-smoking rule inside the house: there are plenty of outside areas where smoking is permitted it is possible to use the house for parties (prior notice and agreement from owner is required) but special arrangements apply, please contact us for details. Note: Pool is checked on the amenities section to refer to the nearby local swimming pools (1x Olympic size, 2 kiddy pools) located 5 minutes walk at 50DH/~$5 per day. Guest access The entire 1st floor apartment in the villa, the garden and the roof (on request only). Public water park and swimming pools and the main beach are all within 5 minutes walk from the villa. Other things to note - Please follow posted swimming conditions at the beach. Please make sure that children are supervised while at the Mehdya Beach during rough sea. - We suggest using an instructor or a mentor if it's your first time surfing in Mehdya Plage - Fresh, off-the-boat fish market and grills and seafood restaurants are within walking distance at Mehdya harbor.
