Location in Taman Balok Sejahtera, Kuantan, Pahang. Very close, within 200m, you can walk to Balok Beach and Balok Recreation Center, which is a vacation and sports center. Our homestay provides: - 3 rooms with queen size beds (2 air-conditioned rooms) - 2 bathrooms - Living room (air-conditioned) - TV Room - Spacious kitchen - Dining room - House facing the garden - Refrigerator - Washing machine - Cooking utensils - Outdoor bbq spot Other things to note Please cooperate with guests to: - Turn off the air conditioner if you leave the homestay. - Air conditioning remotes are not provided at home due to several previous instances of loss/damage to the remote and also air conditioning due to inappropriate settings. All air conditioners have been set at an optimum temperature of 24–26°C, which is not too cold and not too hot. - Smoking is not allowed inside the homestay. Additional charges will be incurred if found smoking inside the homestay. - Homestay is Muslim friendly, it is not allowed to bring pork/lard into the homestay at all. - It is not allowed to charge electric vehicles at the homestay. - 1 cctv unit is placed in the homestay carporch area for safety purposes.
