Nestled next to the murmuring river Arve, with spectacular views of the Mont Blanc Mountain range, this gorgeous self catering chalet is the perfect hideaway for all seasons. It's a peaceful cozy chalet with two bedrooms which can be prepared with double or twin beds. The mazot is perfectly located only minutes from the famous Grand Montets ski area and 4.4 km (8 minutes) from the bustling Chamonix Centre Mont Blanc Place Plaza. The space Mazot Boleyn is a cozy little chalet made with beautiful old wood throughout, and tastefully decorated. * Surprisingly spacious kitchen and living area with stunning views of Mont Blanc, L'aiguille du midi and the tranquil river Avre. * The master bedroom has a double bed with wonderful mountain views (it can also be made into two twin beds). * The second bedroom can also either have a double or two twin beds. * A lovely bathroom with a bath with WC is on the same floor as the bedrooms. * The second bathroom is a spacious shower room with a WC. * Baby camping cot available on request. Children below 12 at own risk. * Private parking in front of the Chalet. * Large picnic table and seating for a sunny lunch on the garden level. The kitchen is well equipped with a traditional AGA cooker. It has all the mod cons - dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and DeLonghi Nespresso coffee machine. There's even a fondu set for a French Fromage fest! Entertainment: Satellite TV and WiFi is included. A Sony playstation and DVD player with USB stick port. A table tennis table is available. Enjoy relaxing in the large sauna to ease those tired muscles after a superb ski/snowboard session, or a long hike, road race or mountainbike ride in the Alps. Hot tub available on request, cleaning surcharge of €250 per stay (water treatment/change and cleaning fee). There is a laundry room adjacent to the sauna with a washing machine, tumble dryer and large sink. Unfortunately we can’t supply the local Carte d’Hôte. You may collect one yourself at the tourist office for €10 per week. Guest access The chalet is all yours!
