Located in the hillside of South Pasadena with a beautiful view. Minutes away from the metro station, local shops & restaurants. Stop by the Farmer's Market Thursday nights or take a visit to up-and-coming Highland Park. Close proximity to the Rose Bowl, Pasadena, Hollywood, & 15 minutes to DTLA (no traffic). The space This is a single family home with one designated parking spot available. The guest room has a private entrance facing south, next to the outdoor kitchen. There is an outdoor workspace area, deck and a garden. Guest access Self-check in is available, door code provided upon confirmation. During your stay We are hands-off hosts who will be available via text for any questions. Other things to note CHECK-IN: 1. One car parking available on our driveway in front of the Bay Window. Additional parking would need to be on the road and requires nightly permit from City of South Pasadena. 2. To get to the Studio, take stairs (wooden) to the right of the Bay Window and open the small metal gate on the left. Then take another set of stairs (wooden) down to the deck where the studio is to the left. Enter the studio through the double doors. The light switches are to the left once you enter the doors. 3. Coffee maker, and kitchen items are in the cabinet/drawers in the BBQ area 4. We have water filter for the whole house so there is no need for any additional filtering 5. When stepping out please have the lights inside the room turned off CHECK-OUT: 1. For the beds used, please unwrap and put the bedsheets/pillow covers on top of its bed 2. Please put all the trash outside in the trash at the BBQ area or next to its trashcan 3. Please make sure all the dishes are cleaned and put away 4. Put all the dirty towels and napkins in the laundry basket
