Ample natural light and air from UPVC windows and doors, which ensure quietness. There is self check in with key locker . Also door man/house keeper mostly accessible. The guests have access to a modern kitchen equipped with oven, hob, toaster, mixer, coffee maker, running RO water by AO Smith RO, Bosch Dish washer, utensils, and basic groceries. A fully automatic washing machine is provided along with electric cloth dryer, ironing board etc. For business travellers and all , besides a high speed wifi , printer is available as also computer table and office ergonmic chair,stationery etc . The greens around the house are a welcome sight, lending to a serene and unpolluted environment. The apartment is surrounded by tall trees of neem, gold mohur, mango, jamun, peepul (bodhi). The chirping birds are a boon! Guests can enjoy morning walks in the 300+ meter walking track with over 300 species of plants located within the complex (a great place for yoga!). A larger football and cricket ground with jogging track is a 2 min walk. complimentary kitchen essentials for breakfast like milk,tea bags, jam,is provided at reasonable time by our house help. Help is provided for other meals as required, self cooking/cook, delivery of food or guidance for the nearby eateries too located in the Vasant Square Mall, Central Market within walking distance. Guest access The living room is equipped with a 50" plasma TV, cozy sitting, and a dinning area. A fully equipped kitchen is adjoining. One bedroom with attached bathroom for up to 2 guests, 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms for 3 -4 guests, Guests may request extra bedrooms in advance.(chargeable @extra guest .
