The apartment is in a quiet residential area that's walking distance to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and theaters. Take public transport to the historic center for cinemas, monuments, museums, markets, aquatic sports, nightlife, and beaches. The space Upstairs you'll find the living room with a flat-screen cable TV, the Wifi router, the complete kitchenette with all the necessary utensils, the dining table/area, and the sunny balcony with Jacuzzi. Downstairs are the 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a double bed (1 is a suite) + 1 bedroom with 2 beds and one more bathroom with shower, This apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 persons. If you are travelling with a baby please inform us, so we can provide you a baby cot for your baby to sleep. Guest access The entire apartment is for your use. Our apartment is located in the center of a triangle designed by 3 subway exits: Arroios, Alameda and Olaias, all within a 5-7 minute walk from the apartment. In the Square next to the apartment there is a bus terminal with careers that cover practically all of Lisbon, being very easy to reach the train stations, the historical center, the beach, the river and the Airport, of course! :-) To park your car, you can do it on the streets around the apartment is paid during the working days at working hours. Is free from 7pm until 9am, at the weekend and holiday.. Other things to note Rentals longer than 10 nights are obliged to have our cleaning at least every 10 days (including changing of linens and bath towels) the guest can ask for cleaning before the 10 days period: Price per cleaning: 60€ to be paid by the guest.
