Casa Vella del Panta, rural farmhouse

The farmhouse is located in the middle of nature, with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains, at the foot of the Riudecanyes swamp. With a large patio with relaxing sofas among mandarins with a barbecue corner, outdoor jacuzzi. Close to Beaches and Priorat wine. The space Casa Vella del Panta is a stepping stone to a rural hotel****, which is why the rooms are so spacious and exclusive with the great views over the sea and the lake. The masia has been fully restored after sustainable and ecological criteria in 2012-2015. On the first floor we have 5 double rooms, each with own bathroom and tubs, where 3 are family rooms; 1 with bunk bed, and 2 with joined attics with 2 beds in each, and a living room with fireplace. Downstairs living and dining room with big kitchen fully equipped and 3 more rooms with bathrooms, where 1 is adapted. On the first floor an arched glass door leaves to the outside courtyard and chillout sofa corners. Also there is a barbecue corner with paella equipment and fresh aromatic herbs few steps away. There is also a table for dining outside under the shade. Total capacity 16 adults+6 children, space for extra beds and cots. The land has 4 HA and a private access to the lake, where it is possible to take a morning swim. The swimming pool is 4x9m and also we have a heated jacuzzi, (3x3) working from Eastern to end of October. There is TV with Chromecast, music equipment in the house and free WIFI. In the garden beside many natural paths and delightful corners, where is also swing for the children. We can organize, book visits to wineries, or olive oil cooperatives, guided tours and excursions, professional bicycle rental delivered to the house.
