Fully autonomous and high-quality heating equipment is installed. Hot water, which is often a problem in Yerevan, is always available. There are no problems with water pressure. In summer, a properly functioning air conditioner easily saves you from the heat. The apartment is impeccably clean and, importantly, nothing falls off, squeaks, unscrews, taps don't leak, etc. In the kitchen you will find quality new dishes (without chipped edges and old grandmother's service :), wine glasses, cups, glasses, cutlery and everything else for self-catering. The apartment sleeps 2. You will relax on a large and very comfortable sofa bed, which easily turns into a full bed with an additional comfortable orthopedic mattress. From the house you can easily walk to all the main attractions of our beautiful city. The house is a 1 minute walk from the main street of Yerevan – Mesrop Mashtots Avenue. Nearby there are wonderful restaurants: Taverna Yerevan (7 minutes, excellent Armenian cuisine), the house-restaurant Trugolnik with excellent cuisine and Genatsvale. At your request, for a small additional fee, we will arrange a transfer from Zvartnots airport or railway station and interesting individual excursions throughout Armenia. The location, comfort and equipment correspond to the level of a 4* hotel. You will definitely like it, don't even doubt it! :) Other things to note The Big Center of Yerevan. One of the most beautiful historic stone buildings made of volcanic tuff. Clean, spacious entrance (rather front, as in St. Petersburg) and staircase, no unpleasant smells, working elevator (very rare for 6-storey buildings in Yerevan), two apartments on the staircase, intercom. Quiet and safe. The building is located on the square and the nearest houses do not block the beautiful panoramic view of the city (especially beautiful at night, when the architectural lighting of the TV tower is turned on). Attention! There are stairs to the elevator. Tip: when renting an apartment in Yerevan, be sure to ask about the type of building (panel house, etc.), the cleanliness of the entrance, the presence of a garbage chute (in 99% of cases very "fragrant"), a working elevator and the availability of water (in Yerevan, water is sometimes turned off). Important information! Russian citizens can visit Armenia both with foreign passports and with internal ones. No visa required. No language barrier. The attitude towards tourists is very good.
