Welcome to Pornic! We offer an old house full of character, ideally located in the center, close to the old port and shops, without sea view but with a privileged location. You can do anything on foot: 👉 beaches, coastal trail, ports, historic center, castle, restaurants, cafes, casino, thalasso, shops and train station. 👉 Noëveillard beach, the largest in Pornic, is a 15-minute walk away. The space 🛏️ The Main House Ground floor Living room of about 20 m². Separate, well-equipped kitchen: extendable table (up to 8 people), gas stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, toaster and other small appliances. 1st floor Separate toilet. Shower room. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds (90 x 200). 2nd floor 1 bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm). 🌿 Outside Indoor courtyard of about 20 m² with garden table, ideal for outdoor dining. 🏡 The independent Studio (access via the terrace) Ground floor: small living room. Upstairs: bedroom with double bed (140 x 200 cm), bathroom and toilet. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, independent studio, and indoor courtyard. Someone on site will welcome you and hand you the keys. To facilitate your arrival, please let them know about 30 minutes before your arrival. All practical information (precise address, contact number, instructions) will be communicated to you once the booking is confirmed. Other things to note ℹ️ What you need to know before booking The house dates from the late 19th century, it has retained its charm and some peculiarities, which we would like to point out to you: * The bathroom is small, but two of the bedrooms are equipped with a sink. * The stairs are steeper than in modern buildings (see pictures). The house is therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility. 🧺 Services & Practical Rules Sheets and duvet covers provided (towels not included). The end of stay cleaning is included, with the exception of the kitchen, which must be left clean (dishes, fridge, hotplates, oven, barbecue). Please empty the trash before you leave. Out of respect for the neighborhood, we ask that you limit noise after 10 p.m. 💶 About the price For total transparency: Approximately 30% of the total price corresponds to the platform fee and the tourist tax. €95 covers cleaning fees and the provision of linens.
