However, the apartment has a shared entrance and shared stairs, which you will share with other guests. Other things to note 1. This room is a maisonette type and there is a staircase in the room. The stairs are steep, so elderly people, people with disabilities, and small children should be careful. 2. In this room, the living room is on the second floor and the bedroom is on the first floor. The entrance is on the second floor. 3. There are 2 heaters and 2 electric fans. There is no air conditioner in the room. 4. If you would like to use a stove(=IH induction cooker) and pot to cook in your room, please contact the host in advance. We will prepare them for you. 5. The living room and toilet are on the second floor. The bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor. They are private and do not need to be shared with other guests. Please note that the toilet and bedroom are on different floors. 6. Please note the following points when using an induction cooker(=a stove): ① When using an induction cooktop(=a stove), always use it on a stainless steel countertop. ② The stainless steel countertop is next to the water tap. ③ Please note that if you burn or stain the walls or floors, you will be charged for the repairs. 7. If you would like to use induction cooker set, please inform the staff when you check in. 8. If you have any concerns about the smell, cleanliness, or other room facilities during your stay, we will visit you to check the situation. If you would like to use one, please contact the host by 6pm the day before. Bicycle reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. In some cases, we may not be able to lend you a bicycle. 11. Check-out is by self-check-out until 10:00 AM. If you would like to use our car transfer service when you check out, we can do so for an additional fee. In this case, please note the following: ①The service is available from 10am to 11am. ②Delivery destinations are limited to Nango Jusa(13) Chome Station, Oyachi Station, and Shin-Sapporo Station. ③If you would like to use the transportation service, please let us know the time of your arrival by the day before. ④This service is on a first-come, first-served basis. If another guest has already requested this service, we may not be able to accommodate your request. 12.
