The property is gated with guard house, protected by 24-hour security, has a multi-purpose clubhouse, swimming pool for adult and kids, jogging path and children’s playground. Can accommodate max 2 only (pets are not allowed). The unit is located at the 3rd Floor, the building has elevator. You have a nice view of the pool and the amenities. The unit is fully air-conditioned, kitchen is equipped with infrared electric stove with range hood , pans and kitchen utensils so you can cook simple home-made meals. There is also a dining set so you could enjoy your meals after a tiring day, and a 32-inch TV with basic local channels (no cable channels). The bathroom has a shower and bidet and heater. CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00PM-8:00PM (NOTE: Early check-in before 3PM will only be accommodated if the unit is available and no prior guest with P150/hour charge) CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00AM (NOTE: late check-out is permitted until 12pm max if the unit is available and there is no next guest. After 12PM, you will be charged P150 per hour.) The following are provided in the unit: 1. Pocket WIFI (NOTE: this is a prepaid internet, thus we request guests to use it sparingly to avoid disconnection) 2. TV with basic local channels 3. Water heater 4. Towels 5. Other things to note 1. Early check-in / late check-out policy: APPLICABLE, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY WITH P150/HOUR CHARGE. 2. NOTE: If the unit is reserved before or after your reservation, we will not be able to provide early check-in and late check out. 3. A surcharge of PHP500 applies for arrivals after 10:00PM and must be paid in cash upon check-in. Please note that we are not a hotel with a 24-hour concierge hence, we need to arrange someone to meet you if you are coming in after 10PM. We hope for your understanding. 4. SECURITY DEPOSIT: P1,000 payable upon check-in, refundable upon check-out after unit inspection. 5. All adult guest must provide copy of ID or passport to be submitted upon check-in for security purposes. This is for strict compliance. 6. NO PARKING available for the guests. 7. Pool is closed on MONDAYS for maintenance. Guests can use the pool from Tues-Sunday from 8am-8pm. Long term tenants (minimum 3 nights) can use the pool free of charge. Overnight guests will have to pay P100/person for pool use. 8. We offer airport transfers for a minimal fee of PHP 1,500 one way.
