Restaurants and shops close by. 20 minute walk to the main town of Denia. Long term winter let available The space What makes this property so unique is the location and character of the house. Not only are there large gardens and 2 pools ,consisting of a large pool and children's pool, across the road is the beautiful beach with a convenient beach restaurant on for a nice change from lazing by the pool . 1 minute walk are numerous, excellent restaurants , bars and supermarket . As well as this there are parks approx 5 minute walk away and the lovely town of Denia is approx 15-20 min walk away. Sorry we do not accept large groups , its a family or couples complex Guest access Guests will have access to all amenities within the house including washing machine etc. They have the whole garden to use and full pool access. There is a car parking space at the back or other car parking spaces behind communal locked gates. There is also wifi connection and air conditioning. Other things to note There are a choice of 2 closest airports with Alicante approximately a 90 minute drive away or Valencia approximately 75 minute drive away. This is convenient and both airports also run coaches back and forth from the airport to Denia town centre if you do not want to hire a car. Or if you prefer taxi's are another option.
