Other things to note Utility outages & house amenity faults can happen in any town and in any house. Queenstown and our holiday homes will be no different. Queenstown is a small alpine town, may take a little longer than large cities to resolve unexpected events. Unlike large cosmopolitan cities, Queenstown does not support a large population of technicians at a high level. Please be assured we will try find a solution to any situation as quickly and as best we can. We advise to: 1. Email text us the problem with pictures. Only call if it's an emergency. You can convey problem in words and pictures with better clarity. Calls are easily misunderstood. 2. If possible, we will provide a rough time estimate of resolution. 3. If the outage or fault is causing any inconvenience, we suggest to go out sightseeing or for food. In any case you are also welcome to stay. 4. Return later when issue is resolved. 5. If the ideal resolution cannot be achieved quickly, we will suggest/provide alternatives so that your comfort is maintained as much as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience when these events occur.
