The space This listing suits a large group of family or friends that want to travel together. These adjacent apartments are of an exceedingly high level of comfort and convenience. All of the facilities are available should you choose to self cook. Alternatively there are some of Christchurch's best restaurants at your doorstep. There is a deli/cafe at the entrance to the lane for a coffee or if you wish to buy some light groceries or you may choose to make you own Nespresso coffee and sit in comfort inside or on the outside deck or patio space. There are 2 garages. One is a large garage which will fit a standard SUV. There is another garage that will only fit a small car. There is ample safe parking on the street for a larger vehicle. Guest access The guests will have full access to both apartments which are adjacent to each other. Other things to note There is one large expansive garage is available that will fit a SUV and a second small garage that will fit a small car only. There is limited onsite parking (other than the garages) but there is inexpensive paid parking 25 meters away and free overnight parking on the street.
