Is composed of a Studio flat plus an extra bedroom (with one bunk bed) and it is ideal for couples or small families. The Two room flat is next door to another Studio that may be rented at the same time. Residenza Su Prelau is family owned and magnaged. In the garden of the Residenza there are 3 more units that share outside facilities. The space The two-room Flat Is a studio of 48 sq mt with an extra bedroom with bunk beds. The Studio has a double bed, breakfast bar, a fully equipped kitchenette (with microwave and kettle), bathroom with shower, and the extra bedroom has a bunk bed with an independent exit. You can have breakfast in the nice gazebo on the front area (at your exclusive use) furnished with tables and chair, or relaxing enjoying an amazing sunset on the roof top terrace. The Two room flat is next door to another Studioflat that may be rented at the same time. The outside facilities (washing machine, bbq,) the garden and the roof top terrace are shared with other 3 accommodations situated in the Residence. Our family manages Residenza Su Prelau and we also live in the Villa and we will be always available if you need anything. Two room flat is set within the picturesque and majestic mountains of the Sulcis region where there are plenty of opportunities for hiking, rock climbing and mountain bike riding. Washing detergent is not provided. Please make sure to move your washed clothes promtly as others may also need to use the washing mashine.
