I recently moved to the suburbs and hope you enjoy staying here as much as I have! Whilst it can be busy during the day, night times are peaceful. My Level 22 apartment offers uninterrupted views of Spring Hill and the lush greenery of Cathedral Square. Other features include: • Open plan living and dining, opens onto the main balcony • 2 spacious built-in bedrooms at opposite ends for extra privacy • 2 well-appointed bathrooms (in master bedroom and living) • Full kitchen with gas stove and stainless steel appliances • Washing machine and dryer in laundry • Ducted air-con throughout the apartment • Flat screen TV in master bedroom and living and NBN wifi internet • Secure building with intercom and lift access You will have access to the entire apartment and shared facilities on Level 4 including the pool and spa, furnished sun deck, BBQ and gym. One car park is available if required with at least one day's notice (there is a height restriction of 2 metres). I will meet you upon arrival and show you to the apartment. Conveniently located between Brisbane’s CBD and Fortitude Valley, the owner has their own guidebook to favourite local attractions. These include Chinatown and Queen Street Mall, plus some cool Riverside restaurants and bars. • FREE City Loop red bus stop downstairs (cnr of Wharf & Ann Streets) - operates every 10 mins between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. • CityCycle bike station 41 across the road (near Cathedral Square) - locate stations and check the availability of bikes and racks by downloading the "AllBikesNow" app. Don't forget your helmet! • 5 min walk to Brisbane's main train station (Central Station) (300 m) - download the “MyTransLink” app for easy access to bus, train and ferry information to plan your trip. • 10 min walk to FREE CityHopper ferry stop (Eagle Street Pier) (650 m) - operates every 30 minutes between 6am and midnight, 7 days a week. • 10 min walk to bus station (King George Square Bus Station) (700 m) - download the “MyTransLink” app for easy access to bus, train and ferry information to plan your trip. • Yellow Cabs taxi phone located at building reception on Ground Floor – pick up outside the building. Please take the key whenever you leave the apartment as the front door automatically locks when closed! You will also need the key to access the Level 4 facilities, open the main door on Ground Floor, the basement pedestrian and car park gates and lifts to and from the apartment.
