The home offers three bedrooms: a master suite with en-suite bath and private lakeview deck, a second bedroom with a king bed, and a third with two double beds. The living room also features two queen pull-out couches for additional sleeping space. Ideal for family vacations and group getaways, this lakefront retreat is located on the desirable east side of Owasco Lake—just 5 miles from Emerson Park and downtown Auburn, and 15 minutes from the charming village of Skaneateles. Experience the best of Finger Lakes living—wine, water, golf, and sunsets await! Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home and property during their stay. This includes the dock and two kayaks (seasonal). There are three parking spots in front of the house. Please do not block the fire lane allowing through traffic to the south and to the main road. Please be sure to only use Fire Lane 14, and not the private driveway to the south. If more parking is needed, just let me know. No access to garage or boat.
