Each room has heated shower, AC, WiFi, TV, Netflix, drinking water, fully equipped kitchen, fresh linens, & bathroom basics - everything for a perfect getaway. We're also close to everything - malls, groceries, 24/7 convenience stores, restaurants, SkyRanch, & so much more! The space IMPORTANT REMINDERS BEFORE BOOKING 1. This listing comes with 2 rooms that are right beside each other. You can book these rooms separately. Check all our listings by clicking our Airbnb profile picture. 2. Each of our rooms is prepared and good for 2 guests only, but we can allow up to a maximum of 2 additional guests for FREE. A total of 4 guests maximum per room. *Infants are included in the maximum headcount. *If more than 2 guests are staying in a room, kindly bring extra toiletries, towels, blankets, pillows, etc. 3. For sleeping arrangements, each room has 1 double-sized bed and 1 convertible sofa bed. We also offer an optional extra mattress with beddings for a charge. 4. Rate listed is for room rental only. CLEANING PROTOCOL For our own and our guests’ safety and protection, we are implementing the following enhanced cleaning protocol: 1. Can we check-in early? How about checking-in late? We can allow 12NN EARLY CHECK-IN AT NO EXTRA CHARGE if there is no reservation the day before your stay. Kindly message us to confirm. Earlier than that, there is a charge of Php150 per hour per room. Yes, we accept late check-ins. However, we will charge Php200 for check-ins 6pm onwards. Whole amount will shoulder our caretaker's transportation and will be given to her upon arrival. 4. Can we check-out late? As much as we want to extend your stay, we might get an instant booking. We'll have to stick with the 12nn check-out time. 5. Is there parking? Yes, there's pay parking available for all SM Wind Residences guests. Php 200 overnight parking + Php 10 per hour 6. Are there any additional fees? NO ADDITIONAL MANDATORY CHARGES. However, there are some optional fees that will be charged only when availed: - before 12nn early check-in - 6pm onwards check-in - extra mattress - extra cleaning service - parking - swimming and other amenities *For short-term rentals (less than 1 month), rates are inclusive of a one-time cleaning service upon check-out. Additional cleaning services may be requested for a fee. 7. Do we have to pay a security deposit? NO SECURITY DEPOSITS will be asked from you in person upon check-in. The Php5K maximum security deposit will only be deducted when actual damages are done to the room/s and will be deducted by Airbnb. 8. How do we pay? Airbnb accepts debit and credit cards, Gcash, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Pay Pal. 9. Can we cook? Yes, but do avoid frying/cooking smelly dishes like smoked or dried fish. 10. Do you offer any discounts? Yes! We do offer DISCOUNTS ON LONG-TERM RENTALS. 11. What’s included in a long-term rental? For long-term rentals (minimum of 1 month), you get the following per room: - 1 set of complimentary items (coffee, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, and tissue) - unlimited internet/Wi-Fi - unlimited Netflix - 2 cleaning services/month - monthly dues - Php5,000 electricity and water/month (*If consumption for both electricity and water exceeds ₱5,000, excess will be shouldered by the guest. We will let you know if there is any excess upon receiving the actual utility bills. Payment for any damages and excess electricity and water will be collected by Airbnb.)
