Includes a light duty kitchen with *microwave * toaster oven * single induction burner * coffee pot/tea kettle *apartment size fridge There is a huge walk-in closet and comfortable, spacious bedroom w/queen bed/ living area and place to eat. Includes TV with cable and Roku, free wifi, a comfortable lounge chair - and bathroom has an oversize tub/shower. There is an adjacent larger apartment that would be a great add-on rental if you have are two couples or have other group members that require separate but nearby lodging. Single occupancy only. The apartment has separate entrance from main home - reached via an outdoor stairway via our backyard area. The apartment is adjacent to another airbnb unit and has some shared walls with the main home. I live in the main home, and keep a very quiet home. I am sometimes traveling but always available and responsive to any questions that arise and happy to provide info on local area. Our home is in a quiet family neighborhood in a nice area of Scotts Valley. We are a walkable or bike riding distance to several grocery stores, coffee shops, banks, the library, parks and restaurants. We have a great commute location to Silicon Valley (30 to 50 minutes or so) and superb hiking is nearby in Felton and Santa Cruz. Santa Cruz is a 15 to 20 minute drive. The Monterey Bay Aquarium and Carmel are a 1 hour drive. We are located close to a bus station which services Silicon Valley as well as Santa Cruz locations. There is also very quick access to Highway 17 from our location. There are shared walls with the studio, so it is likely you may hear water running, some quiet conversation within our house, and normal residential comings and goings. We are very respectful of our guests and always take care to allow privacy and peace and quiet. A designated parking space will be provided to our guests.
