An additional $250 cleaning will be collected for the dog. No cats Guest access The entire home will be accessible to guests with the exception of the Master Bedroom closet and Cleaning closet. Please note there is a Ring Video Doorbell at the front door and in the back ally for security purposes. The 4th bedroom is divided from guests with curtains so can be used as a desk / den area during the day. Other things to note The HOA does require a form with guest name and info and $25 fee (included in cleaning fee) for each guest before access can be given to the property. This is to help keep this the quiet and safe community that it is. Absolutely NO Parties, large gatherings or excessive noise allowed.
