The upstairs level features a master bedroom with a queen bed and the guest bedroom has a full size bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Other amenities include WI-FI, washer/dryer, plus an on-site pool. The complex is located just around the corner from a public park with children's playground, plus tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. Courtyard Villa has a large community pool with Wi-Fi accessibility (open seasonally). B-6 has streaming capabilities only. Roku TV in Living room, Firestick TV upstairs (with Pluto).
