The first bedroom features a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds in a bunk style configuration and well suited for young kids. Guests please note the unit has only one full bathroom and the kids in the second bunk bedroom have to go through the main bedroom to access the bathroom!! This is ideal for families with little kids and not 4 or 5 elderly people!! The kitchen offers a full service cooking experience with brand new appliances. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The couch in the living room can sleep one - linens are available upon request. This unit is suited for a small family and not ideal for guests looking for a big 2 bedroom unit!! The unit is well equipped with all the modern gadgets you would need in an Airbnb with a patio access in the front. We also offer Spa services at 5 Elements Salon and Spa by appointments. - 4 miles to KFC YUM center - 5 miles to Kentucky Expo Center - 5 miles to Churchill Downs - 3.9 miles to Cardinal Stadium - 2.7 miles to Kentucky Fairgrounds - 5.4 miles to Louisville International Airport - 1 mile to Cherokee Park The park features a 2.4-mile Scenic Loop, with separate lanes - 3.7 miles to Downtown Louisville Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic we have updated our cleaning procedures to include the following: - All cleaning staff must wear protective gear while cleaning - Each room is ventilated before cleaning - We thoroughly clean then disinfect using a hospital grade disinfectant on all touch points. -All soft surface are being and sanitized via either laundering on the highest possible temperature setting or disinfectant spray. We have three units in the entire building which can be rented together as one big unit to cater to a bigger group of 10 to 12 guests. Guest access Guests will have access to the luxurious apartment located in the heart of the highlands. They will be located above 5 Elements Salon and Spa, and surrounded by an array of Restaurants, local shops, beauty shops. We are also located a mile from the Historic Cherokee Park. This park features a 2.4-mile Scenic Loop, with separate lanes for vehicle traffic (one-way) and recreational activity. The park provides a pastoral setting amid rolling hills, open meadows and woodlands of the Beargrass Creek valley, perfect for a mountain bike ride or a casual evening stroll. For vehicles on the Scenic Loop (or recreational users moving in the direction of vehicle traffic). Other things to note No Parties allowed. This is a multi-unit building so you may hear noise from adjacent Airbnb guest although we do enforce quiet time after 10 pm. There is a parking lot behind the building that is free as well as side street parking and across the street. Parking on Bardstown rd is metered and not permitted M-F 7-9 am and 4-6 pm.
