This large, sprawling home in Catalina is a fantastic holiday house with both mountain and water views. It is a perfect house for a weekend or longer getaway. The house is close to the beaches and Batemans Bay town centre. Fishing and bush walking are possible in the surroundings. The sunsets over the mountains are amazing to watch from the house because of its elevated position. The space There are fantastic views of mountain, water, golf course and district from balcony and the master bedroom. They are also good for beautiful views of sunset over mountains. Big family area, brand new kitchen, separate lounge room and large rumpus (bedroom 5) suitable for various activities within our house. The back yard is fully enclosed for well trained dogs. Our house is close to amenities suitable for people of all ages: the Batemans Bay CBD 3.6 km (bus stop is at the end of the street), famous Surf Beach 7.0 km, Corrigans Beach (good spot for fishing and dog walking) 15 minutes on foot, Batemans Bay Sunday Market (1st & 3rd Sundays each month) 3.0 km, Mogo Zoo 14.4 km, Birdland 1.8 km, Hanging Rock Boat Ramp and Sailing Club 2.3 km, Botanical Gardens 7.7 km, new Regional Aquatic, Arts and Leisure Centre 4.5 km, Catalina Country Club and Championship Golf Course (an excellent place to enjoy a round of golf on a 27-hole championship golf course, relax and enjoy drink and food from one of bars or coffee shop in a modern, air-conditioned clubhouse.
